What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, organisation, email address, telephone number and message you type into the form, together with the date and time and the IP address the message came from. We collect nothing else about you directly.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which are not. Google sets its own cookies for this. We also set one small cookie of our own that remembers the language you chose, so you are not sent back to English on every visit. Blocking cookies in your browser does not stop you reading anything here.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial discussion is live and for two years afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights and who to ask
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to {email} and mark the subject line "Data request". Rana Holdings Limited is the controller of this data and is registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market under number 35034.
